Pittsburgh-based The Forbes Funds on Monday announced a new executive-in-residence program and is recruiting recently retired executives to provide advisory support to nonprofit leaders and boards.

Donald Goughler, recently retired president and CEO of Family Services of Western Pennsylvania, will serve as the first EIR, and The Forbes Funds hopes to add at least one more by year-end.
