The Opportunities for a Changing Community video was produced by the Jefferson Regional Foundation in May 2016 to tell the story about the shared focus on community health in the Jefferson area among some wonderful partners, and highlights some of our grantees, the Jefferson Community Collaborative and the Jefferson Forum. We appreciate the insights and site access offered by local leaders and groups who participated in its creation.
