Strategic Plan

In 2023 the Jefferson Regional Foundation celebrated its tenth anniversary. In light of ten years of commitment to the communities served by AHN Jefferson Hospital, the board and staff worked on charting a path forward that will strategically direct our work through 2028.

Throughout the strategic planning process, three overarching goals were identified:

• Intentionally leverage and distribute resources to equitably support the current and emerging needs of the Jefferson Regional Foundation service area.
• Integrate community voice and partnerships across all aspects of work.
• Prioritize organizational excellence as a model for innovative philanthropy.
